Alternatively, for more urgent enquiries you can call us and a member of our support team will be happy to assist you.
2. Choose Time Slot
The next step In the booking process is to choose a convenient time and day that fits your schedule. Now that you are decided in what solution you will go for, let us know your preferred day and time for pickup or delivery depending on the solution you will be using. We offer a round the clock service, 7 days a week for your convenience however it is subject to availability so the sooner you get your time slot reserved the better. If you are booking online you will be directed to choose your preferred day and time during the checkout process. Alternatively you will be asked your preference when in contact with one of our support agents.
3. Relax whilst we do the heavy lifting
The last step in the process is where we take the lead and coordinate with our field teams to deliver a hassle free solution to suit your needs. Yes, we can offer a same-day dismantling service however it will depend on the time of your booking and our schedule. To increase the likelihood of a same-day service, please place your order early in the day or check with us for any cancellations.
Yes, generally our dismantling service will be an addition to a removal order however if you require only a dismantling or disassembling please do let us know.
Yes, we can remove your items from upstairs locations within your property such as bedrooms, or we can also remove these items from upstairs in multi-storey dwellings such as flats or apartment blocks, penthouses or condos.
Yes, we are licensed to dispose any old or unwanted items that have been dismantled. Please ensure to let us know if you require disposal beforehand so we can accommodate your requirements
We accept payment methods such as credit and debit cards and bank transfers. If you prefer to pay via an alternative method or wish to set up an account for regular services, please reach out to our office for further arrangements.
