1. Introduction Welcome to Central Junk Ltd. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services. 2. Service Terms All bookings are subject to confirmation. Prices provided during quotes may change based on additional factors not initially disclosed. 3. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling Our team may arrive at any time within your chosen timeslot. You will be notified at least 30 minutes before arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start of your timeslot. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may incur a late-cancellation charge. If you need to reschedule, tell us as early as possible — we cannot guarantee your preferred slot will be available. Rescheduling with less than 3 hours' notice may incur a late-rescheduling charge, in addition to any timeslot fees that apply to the new appointment. Every collection includes a set loading-time allowance for its load size (wait & load skips are strictly 30 minutes on site). Time beyond the allowance is charged at £1.50 per minute. Extra time can be purchased upfront in 30-minute blocks when booking. 4. Parking & Access The parking and access details you give at booking must be accurate — they determine how long your collection takes and whether it can be completed. We may check the details you provide before your appointment to make sure parking is available. Where parking is restricted and no suitable parking can be arranged, and you have accepted parking liability at booking, any parking fine or charge incurred so the crew can complete your collection is passed through to you at cost, with evidence provided. Where a council parking suspension, dispensation or skip permit is required, we arrange it and pass the council's charge through at cost. 5. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information during bookings and refrain from using our services for illegal purposes. 6. Liability Central Junk Ltd is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control. 7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
