2. Choose Time Slot

The next step In the booking process is to choose a convenient time and day that fits your schedule. Now that you are decided in what solution you will go for, let us know your preferred day and time for pickup or delivery depending on the solution you will be using. We offer a round the clock service, 7 days a week for your convenience however it is subject to availability so the sooner you get your time slot reserved the better. If you are booking online you will be directed to choose your preferred day and time during the checkout process. Alternatively you will be asked your preference when in contact with one of our support agents.

3. Relax whilst we do the heavy lifting

The last step in the process is where we take the lead and coordinate with our field teams to deliver a hassle free solution to suit your needs. Do you offer loading as part of your WEEE Collection service?

Yes, we offer flexible loading services to meet your needs. Our standard WEEE recycling service is a comprehensive one that includes labour for loading the items from your business or premises. Our teams are trained and experienced in handling various types of old or unwanted WEEE items, ensuring efficient and safe loading onto our vehicles.

Can you collect from inside my premises?

Yes, we will collect your waste electrical or electronic equipment from inside your business or premises if required. Our team will carefully navigate through your premises to remove these items carefully and professionally.

Can you collect from upstairs?

Yes, we can collect your WEEE from upstairs locations within your property or from multi-storey buildings such as offices, apartments, condos or penthouses. Our team is prepared to safely navigate stairs especially if there is no lift access. Please inform us about such requirements beforehand so we can arrange the appropriate resources and plan the collection accordingly.

Do you offer a same day collection service?

Yes, same-day collection is available, depending on the timing of your booking and our schedule. To increase the likelihood of a same-day collection, please place your order early in the day or check with us for any cancellations that might free up pick-up slots.
