Things like access, parking, or even a quick photo help us plan ahead. If needed, we can arrange an on-site check before confirming your booking. Once everything’s agreed, we’ll schedule a convenient day and time.
On the day, you’ll receive updates about your assigned team and their arrival time. We can remove items from either inside or outside of your premises, and we can dismantle bulky furniture if required. For contactless collections, just leave your items in an agreed spot and we’ll handle the rest. If the load changes (you add or remove items), we’ll adjust your order on the spot.
